- basically when windows 95 was shipped it did not support 31.2 and 33.6
- connect results from a v.34+ courier modem. this is an updated fix
- so when you connect at that speed you will get a connect 33600 in windows
- 95 and not a "connect speed unknown or connect 115200" message that
- windows 95 gives you when you dont have this inf file

- to install it you need to copy it to your windows/inf directory and
- then delete your present modem in control panel/system/device manager
- and re add it (usually by rebooting)
