  32. basically when windows 95 was shipped it did not support 31.2 and 33.6
  33. connect results from a v.34+ courier modem. this is an updated fix
  34. so when you connect at that speed you will get a connect 33600 in windows
  35. 95 and not a "connect speed unknown or connect 115200" message that
  36. windows 95 gives you when you dont have this inf file
  37.  
  38. to install it you need to copy it to your windows/inf directory and 
  39. then delete your present modem in control panel/system/device manager
  40. and re add it (usually by rebooting)
